**REPORTS TO**: Branch Manager

We are looking for a Personal Banker for our Spring Mills Branch. This individual will perform various customer service transactions, such as opening accounts and assisting customers with queries concerning financial institution services.

- Engage customers in a variety of ways to bank with us and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Educate customers and explain the features and benefits of our products and services

**What You'll Do**:

- Open new accounts, explain available financial institution products and services, and gather customer information to process new and existing accounts
- Participate in sales, service, and product training
- Receive deposits and ensure that all accounts are properly processed
- Carry out the financial institution’s relationship-building strategies

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in counting currency and coin
- Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills
