**Pay: $21.00/hr. with up to $300 in monthly bonus potential, dependent upon store performance. $50 monthly phone allowance.**

**Schedule**:Monday-Saturday, with Sunday off + one other day during the week. 8 hour shifts, with the early shift beginning at 6:45, and the late shift ending at 6. Must be able to work both shifts.

**Job Summary**: Responsible for identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers. Responsible for scheduling service to be performed.
- Greets customers in the service drive area and assists them with the process of checking vehicle in for service.
- Assists with moving vehicles.
- Assists Service Advisor by working with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
- May advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
- May offer additional services and repairs to customers.
- Assists customers with reviewing documentation, processing payment, and returning keys for completed services.
- Schedules appointments with customer.
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned

The Service Assistant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $21.00.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
