Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary:
Privately-owned dental practice in Gilbert seeking an experienced, dynamic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, wonderful team

This is a full-time position (4 days/wk & some friday's). We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our front office team. We have a unique and organized practice with a superb standard of excellent patient care.

Duties (not limited to) will include:
Treatment presentation, including providing insurance breakdown and out of pocket costs as well as securing financial arrangements.

Scheduling patients for treatment appointments and recare appointments.

Collecting patient portion for treatment appointments.

Correspondence to patients and specialty offices.

Some insurance claim submission and follow up, including submitting pre-authorizations when necessary

We are a fast-paced office with great attention to detail, this position is very bust and is best fulfilled by an individual who is a self-motivated, organized and wonderful with people

tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations

Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of dental front office experience

Leadership qualities such as positive and encouraging interaction with team members, Doctor, and patients

Superior knowledge of dental procedures and how to educate patients on these

Knowledge and experience in treatment planning

Superb knowledge of PPO insurances and how insurance benefits work

Comfortable in discussing financial arrangements (including Care Credit) and collecting payment

Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

Excellent personal patient care, including detailed follow up

Dentrix experience is a must

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
