**Responsibilities**:

- Perform duties in an office setting as requested by a supervisor.
- Running errands such as getting checks from customers or getting lunch. Generous gas reimbursement.
- Pricing up window projects. Writing up one page quotes.
- Perform daily tasks and assignments in an efficient manner.
- Utilize good judgment when dealing with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality within the organization.
- Deal with down times and busy times equally well.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior administrative experience with a focus on organization and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Experience in data entry and office management would be advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
