We are looking for experienced **Shift Leaders **to join our Rubios Team

- A food enthusiast who can describe our amazing menu to our guests
- A leader who makes decisions confidently and is eager to learn
- A person who is passionate about coaching, training and reinforcing Rubios best practices

**Job Qualifications**:

- High School degree _or_ equivalent combination of education and experience _preferred_
- Restaurant or retail experience _preferred_
- Knowledge of aspects of the restaurant industry
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management and co-workers (_Bi-lingual Spanish a plus_)
- Overall skills and knowledge of basic mathematical principles and practices
- Ability to perform basic computations to complete financial paperwork
- A valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance required. Individual must have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance is required (if individual will be required to drive on behalf of Rubios.)
- Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time
