Loan Processor

Essential Functions:

- Assembles and Logs file documents submitted by Loan originators and store and organize digitally.
- Assist loan officer in obtaining Title, Insurance, Tax Returns, PFS, and misc paperwork.
- Upload documents and information into appropriate software programs.
- May assist with receptionist duties and cover telephone calls
- Assist with managing office supplies and office equipment
- Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year processing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and other lenders and underwriters.
- Must be able to work all regular scheduled hours.

There will be flexibility in work schedule and paid lunch is provided.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Schaumburg, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
