Inside Sales Representative

**Basic Function**:The Inside Sales position is responsible for interacting and servicing both new and existing accounts

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Establishes customer contact by initiating follow up outbound calls, 50 Per day, and receiving inbound return calls
- Promotes services and facilitates customer needs to utilize ATR’s services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
- Utilize strategic practices, market analysis, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities, existing accounts and new account to generate revenue.
- Develops and Provides quotes and customer follow-up as required
- Records customer information and maintains CRM by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
- Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
- Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report progress of sales results
- Maintain excellent communication, attitude, and rapport with internal and external clients

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma Required
- Associated degree with a minimum of 2 years Inside Sales experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
