Description:
Lima One Capital has an exciting opportunity for a Processor II to join our mortgage operations team. This role will focus on administrative tasks that support the progression of mortgage loans from sales through closing. The Processor II must possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process and prepare mortgage loan files for approval and closing
- Provide excellent communication with both internal and external customers
- Gather all required documents from customers and third parties
- Manage personal pipeline of loans and coordinate expectations/deadlines with customers
- Manage approximately 25-35 loans in pipeline at any given time across both short term and long term products. Pipeline will consist of both Single Asset deals and up to 5-10 portfolio loans
- Expected to close 20+ loans month after month
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3+ years of mortgage processing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Must have the ability to be a team player
