**Qualifications**:

- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an assisted living or long-term care setting.
- **Must be computer savvy and well versed in Point Click Care.**:

- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring nursing staff.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in assisted living and nursing care.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
