**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar management of all upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Assist in the design, development, and distribution of content marketing deliverables.
- Assist in monitoring online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
- Coordinate and assist in the creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
- Participate in key events.
- Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support, and managing sales and marketing software tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications, OR minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing role
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly proficient in EITHER Canva OR Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media tools
- Familiarity with CMS and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics) a plus
- Experience with writing and editing copy a plus

**Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements**:

- Must have at least High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree preferred.
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Must be up to date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies.
- Must have excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
- Must be detail oriented, and have good people, customer service skills.
- Must have good written and oral communications skills.
- Must be able to multi-task. Managing the efforts of multiple people and departments to achieve desired results, collaborating extensively.
- Must be able to prioritize.
- Must present a neat professional appearance.
- Must be creative and think outside the box.
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years working in an environment dealing with executive level staff.
- Prior experience in sales environment, both face-to-face and phone, preferred.
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
