**Position Summary**:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing detailed technical information including points of measure, measurement specs, detailed construction information, construction sketches, design cards for swimwear and coverups.
- Responsible for handling technical aspect of assigned brand accounts autonomously, leading fittings with patternmakers, fit models and account buyers and techs.
- Brand-specific protocol required, must be adaptable to calendar requisites and able to study and learn new processes quickly.
- Responsible for timely sample evaluations, ensuring approvals for fit consistency are met by required dates. Must maintain awareness of production timeline.
- Must review grade rules, cross-check patterns, production specs, and BOM’s before releasing to production.
- Must be able to identify fit issues and recommend solutions clearly, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Develop molded cups, underwires and trims.
- Track and monitor execution of fit and top of production (TOP) samples; keep archive of samples, notes, trims, etc.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience required private label manufacturing
- Must have knowledge of raw materials, fabric function and manufacturing process.
- Must be organized, detail oriented with strong follow-up, written and verbal communication skills.
- Needs understanding of patternmaking for swim, including molded cup, underwire and trim development.
- Must be capable of successfully working in a team environment, ensuring patternmaking and design departments are all aligned on product. Organizational skills are essential.
- Must demonstrate ability to manage projects independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be efficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
