Guest Services Agent

Part Time/Weekends Position Overview:
The Bermuda Club is seeking a Guest Services Agent. This person will play a key role in fostering a sense of community, encouraging networking among members, and performing the essential functions of the club.

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for consistently delivering excellent experiences for members and guests while maintaining the quality standards and organization of the club.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Help perpetuate the flow of activity in the club.
- Closely monitor and and maintain that all areas and amenities are providing the members and guests with the best possible experience.
- Handle reservations, take incoming requests, note bookings and special requests by guests.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival/exit.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed as well as departmental and company procedures.
- Excellent recognition of repeat guests and familiarization of members by name.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Closely monitoring and processing all check ins/check outs and membership usage.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other associates.
- General knowledge of golf and wellness
- Extensive knowledge of the club, its services and facilities.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDSEducationHigh school or equivalent education required.

Experience
- Customer service position preferred: golf/restaurant/wellness/gym/hospitality experience.
- One to two years in a customer service position required.

Grooming:All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Pay: $18.00 up to $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours: up to 20 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Work setting:

- In-person
