This is an outbound cold/warm calling position to obtain business's to have us quote their group and/or individual medical & life.

Primary role of group health producer is to call business's to seek their interest in providing all the major carrier options for group medical, dental & vision as well as life insurance.

Must have Ca Life & Health license

**Salary**: $100.00 - $25000.00 per year
**Benefits**
Annual Base Salary + Commission

Flexible Schedule

**Responsibilities**
- Marketing
- X-dating / Prospecting
- Cold calling business's
- Evaluating client's current coverages
- Preparing client proposals
- Managing a daily sales funnel (Sales Force)
- Day-to-day client servicing (most done by CSR)

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Must have insurance licenses - Life/Health
- Comfortable with technology
- Excellent prospecting skills, cold calling

Looking for an extremely detail-oriented person, has multi-task ability, self-starter, and eager to always be learning more.Able to work under fast paced environment for very busy office.

Mature, self-confident demeanor, and professional office demeanor.

Not afraid to handle issues as they come at you, not afraid to ask questions, think outside the box to help resolve and find answers.

Enjoys to handle details and is great at figuring things out.

Has good intuition and common sense.

Good customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor, making clients feel comfortable is imperative.

Great communication skills; written and oral. Able to recall details of day-to-day tasks

The ability to detect discrepancies and variances in wording, grammar, spelling and numbers.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused with excellent follow through
