**Position Overview**:
We're hiring a Management Trainee to work with our Warehouse Manager. You'll analyze processes, find ways to improve efficiency, and implement changes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with teams to gather input and implement improvements.
- Use data to find bottlenecks and make operations more efficient.
- Develop solutions to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Help with lean manufacturing strategies.
- Support scheduling for timely scrap material processing.
- Prepare reports on performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with metal recycling is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
