We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager & Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

The Office Manager / Bookkeeper B3 Construction will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This multifaceted position requires someone who can handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks, as well as manage office operations and front-end communications with new customers. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling back-office tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. As you grow in this role, you will take on more responsibilities related to office management and customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Prepare and file city, county, and state sales taxes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with construction project closeout, and progress and final billing.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Implement and improve office procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Handle front-end calls with new customers, providing information about our services and scheduling consultations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support company goals.

- Ensure the company’s financial records are maintained accurately and comply with all regulations.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment that supports the productivity of the entire team.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients, enhancing the company’s reputation.
- Provide seamless administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of back-office functions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must reside in or near Flagstaff, AZ for in-person work Monday through Thursday, and Monday through Friday during winter months.

**Salary**

$22/hr - $25/hr + The B3 Bonus Plan

Monday - Thursday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Ability to Relocate**

Flagstaff, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)

**Work Location**

In person, exclusively in Northern Arizona
