**You Are**:

- **EXPERIENCED**:Previous scheduling / dispatch experience, preferred in construction or related industry; previous customer service experience
- **ANALYTICAL**:Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions
- **A SELF-STARTER**:Utilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information
- **A COMMUNICATOR**:Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to varied levels of audiences

**What You’ll Do**:

- **COORDINATE**:Answer inbound service and repair calls from customers, enter orders and dispatch service based on urgency and location
- **ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS**:Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing
- **ORGANIZE**:Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians
- **CONTACT**:Communicate with technicians regarding job status and help to resolve customer concerns
- **DOCUMENT**:Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files
