**Who**: We're on the lookout for licensed cosmetologists with three years of experience or less, or recent graduates from cosmetology school. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and hair treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Utilize cosmetology skills to enhance clients' appearance and boost their confidence.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to consult with clients and understand their desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry.
- Utilize premium skills such as hair extensions and color theory to offer specialized services to clients.
- Manage salon appointments and utilize salon software for scheduling and client management.
- Mentor and train junior staff members in various cosmetology techniques.
- Promote retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the salon.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to cosmetology practices.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
