Dispatcher - M-f $18 Swing

Dispatcher - to work swing shifts M-F 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.

**Duties**:

- Provide loss prevention services to ensure the safety and security of the client premises by monitoring field guards
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities
- Dispatch alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner to BSGS patrols
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in loss prevention or security preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
