**Location**: Chattanooga, TN
**Position Type**: Permanent, Full-Time (No Weekends)
**Max Salary**: $180,440 with 15-22.5% Bonus Potential
**Sign-On and Relocation**: Case by case basis

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Director for Surgical Services. This leadership role involves strategic planning, resource management, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration in a 270+ bed hospital near downtown Chattanooga.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in surgical services; leadership experience highly valued.
- Active RN license, CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and hands-on engagement skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the surgical services department, including 6 operating rooms.
- Ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and fiscal management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with medical staff and community.
- Implement strategies for service line growth and operational excellence.
