- 24hrs per week 6:30p-7a, 3-4 weekends shifts in a 6 wk period, weekends are Sat and Sunday night shift

Telemetry Monitor Technician would be monitoring all patients on telemetry on 2 ½ units within the Heart Hospital at Edward Hospital - all the 2nd floor, ½ of 3rd floor, and all the 8th floor for a maximum of 70 patients (if every patient on the 2nd & 8th floor & ½ of 3rd floor were on telemetry). MTs will be a hybrid role where staff can work as a monitor tech or patient care tech.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience or telemetry certification
- CPR from AHA or Red Cross required.

**General Duties**:

- Under general supervision monitors cardiac rhythms or patients in special care units via telemetry equipment.
- Performs related clerical duties such as answering routine questions, taking/relaying calls, ect.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 3-6 months of previous healthcare/ monitor tech experience preferred.
