**Position Title**:Lead BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

**Location**: Raliegh, NC

**Salary**: $75,000 - $105,000 (with upside potential)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated BCBA's and behavior technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services.
- **Assessment and Treatment Planning**-Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's behavior, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation to achieve measurable goals.
- **Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise and mentor staff, providing ongoing training and support to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with families to understand their concerns and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze data regularly to track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide detailed reports to families and stakeholders.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services.

**Qualifications**:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a proven track record of clinical leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
