**_ This role is_** **_hybrid in Chicago and will be collaborating with our on-site fabrication studio._**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum GPA of a 3.4
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical
- Experience drawing industrial control panels
- Must be detail oriented
- Self-motivated with a high level of commitment; able to work independently and as a team player
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

**Responsibilities**
- Create and modify industrial control panel drawings in AutoCAD Electrical under the direction of the Electrical Engineering team
- Update drawings per markups during the project lifecycle
- Support panel building and on-site commissioning activities
- Work to a variety of standards, equipment, and components on a project-by-project basis
- Assist in the creation, testing, and maintenance of automated drafting and design tools in AutoCAD Electrical

**ITAR Requirements (preferred)**

To conform to U.S. Government commercial space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 8 U.S.C. - 1324b(a)(3), applicants for employment at DMC must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawfully admitted for permanent residence into the U.S. (i.e. current green card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum under 8 U.S.C. - 1157-1158.

**Compensation**

Starting compensation is based on industry, years of experience and location standards.
- $55,000 - $70,000
