**Job Summary**

A Pre-Delivery Prep Team member for Delmarva RV Center Inc is responsible for greeting visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner while also delivering exceptional customer service in addition performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs. The pre-delivery prep is a very important step in the buying process. The Pre-Delivery Prep team is responsible for the prep of the RV / camper for the delivery to the customer. This will include providing a comprehensive inspection including but not limited to interior and exterior, window and door operations, awnings and slide operations, water pressure tests, appliance testing, and provide a demonstration for new RV / camper owners of how to operate the RV / camper systems such as awning and slide features, ventilation, plumbing and heating. Strong customer service skills are required.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Complete comprehensive inspection including but not limited to interior and exterior, window and door operations, awnings and slide operations, water pressure tests, appliance testing.
- Ensure all appliances, mechanical parts are in working order prior to delivery to customer.
- Ensure electric and plumbing fixtures are in working order prior to delivery.
- Completion of company supplied check sheets and other related forms as documentation of verification of completion of work.
- Provide a demonstration for new RV / camper owners of how to operate the RV / camper systems such as awning and slide features, ventilation, plumbing and heating.
- Cleaning interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
- Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of RV's and campers.
- Managing inventory and reporting as necessary for reordering supplies.
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
- Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests. Communicating with coworkers, supervisors, and consumers to ensure timely deliveries.

**Qualifications / Skills**
- **Experience towing campers, driving motor homes, hitch work, etc**_
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and learning skills
- High level of energy and excellent work ethic
- Effective communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers and customers
- Team-player able to work on their own initiative in a dynamic, fast paced, challenging environment
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Valid state driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $28,600.00 - $35,360.00 per year

Expected hours: 29 - 40 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience level:

- No experience needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
