**Compensation**: $21.00 Hourly + Commissions

Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent
- Works as part of a team under the direction of the Property Manager, to lease units and provide customer assistance to the clients.
- Showing Apartments.
- Taking telephone inquiries.
- Follow up of prospects and current residents needs.
- Posting and monitoring ads.
- Assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
- Ensures the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements of Leasing Agent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in of multi-family residential property management as a Leasing Agent
- Accounting, Sales, and Customer service skills
- Must relate well to people, exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, vendors, and co-workers
- Exceptional organization and time management skills required
- Work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Criminal background check required
- Reliable Transportation Valid Driver’s License
