We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced roofing professional (commercial or residential) or a seasoned construction worker interested in on-the-job training in the roofing industry.

**Our Ideal Commercial Roofing Technician**:

- ** Experienced**:at least 2 years of roofing experience (commercial or residential) or 5 years of general construction experience with a strong desire to learn the roofing industry.
- ** Great Communicator**: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers. Sincere, friendly, and able to easily relate to customers.
- ** Detail-oriented**:Strong documentation skills. Ability to keep complete and accurate records of completed work.
- ** Safety-minded**:Clean driving record for the past 3 years. Aware of your surroundings, respectful of our customers' property, and mindful of the safety of our crew.
- ** Driven**:a can-do attitude with a drive to problem solve and get the job done.
- ** Active**: able to bend, kneel, climb a ladder, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- ** Team Player**: Works well in a collaborative setting. Desire to contribute to the team with a strong work ethic.
