**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the crew to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Provide direction and training to crew members
- Ensure that the work site is kept clean and tidy at all times including proper storage of tools and materials
- Complete construction-related tasks in new construction, framing, siding, and additions
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to safely and effectively manage a small crew
- Minimum of 5 years of Residential Construction/Framing
- Minimum of 3 years in a lead position
- Knowledge of various construction techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for construction tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints
- Example: 3 years of administrative assistant experience
Pay: $23.34 - $28.11 per hour
