The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, thus ensuring satisfaction and customer retention. They are responsible for greeting guests promptly while always exhibiting a high level of hospitality. Servers must have a passion for hospitality and high-quality customer service.

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Maintain service standards as outlined in the Food Handlers certification program
- Ensure that appropriate equipment and utensils (dishes, glasses, and eating utensils) are provided to each guest in the party.
- Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the menu
- Accurately execute guest orders and requests in a timely fashion
- Consistently display the core values of the company
- Ability to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
- Maintains a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Active listening and effective communication competencies
