What: Executive Protection Agent**( One day Event)**

Compensation: $35/ per hour

Hours: One day Event, May 30th, 8 hour shift.

10am to 6pm

Where: Austin, Tx

How: Must have Personal Protection License, License to carry a weapon at these locations, Minimum of 3 years of experience. Ex military, Law enforcement, EFT and TCC certified are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and their surroundings, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide close protection to clients during travel, public appearances, meetings, and other activities, maintaining a proactive and vigilant stance at all times.
- Conduct advance reconnaissance and route planning to identify secure travel routes and potential contingency plans.
- Coordinate with client's support staff, including drivers, assistants, and event planners, to ensure seamless execution of security arrangements.
- Monitor and analyze intelligence reports, social media activity, and other sources of information to anticipate and mitigate security risks.
- Conduct security sweeps of venues, vehicles, and accommodations to detect and neutralize potential threats, including explosives, surveillance devices, and unauthorized individuals.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations, providing first aid and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times, respecting client confidentiality and privacy while representing the security interests of the client.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, private security firms, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate security arrangements and share intelligence.
- Stay current on emerging security threats, trends, and best practices through ongoing training, professional development, and networking with industry peers.
- Provide detailed security briefings and debriefings to clients and their staff, highlighting potential risks and recommending proactive security measures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive protection, private security, law enforcement, or military special operations.
- Advanced training in executive protection, close-quarters combat, defensive driving, and emergency medical response, EFT and TCC certified are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Physical fitness and agility sufficient to perform protective duties, including standing for extended periods, conducting security sweeps, and responding to emergencies.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and defensively.
- Proficiency with firearms and relevant certifications/licenses required for armed protection assignments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and client needs.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
