To serve and provide exceptional service and hospitality to every guest. Cashiers are responsible for answering the phones, greeting the guests, taking the guests order, packing up orders, and cashing out each guest. They are also responsible for completing daily portion and cleaning checklists.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Opens and/or closes the takeout area properly by fallowing all checklists provided.
- Properly executes all prep & portion lists for the day.
- Uses proper Flo?s telephone etiquette to answer and direct calls.
- Demonstrate proper Flo?s order taking techniques, including asking for all required guest information.
- Responsible for taking guests order in person or by phone in a friendly & courteous manner.
- Has complete knowledge on the menu and all takeout specials.
- Handle point of sale system quickly & efficiently from ringing in orders to accepting payments.
- Able to package & organize all takeout orders correctly according to Flo?s guidelines.
- Package all takeout orders correctly ensuring that hot food is packed with hot food and cold food is packed with cold food. While also checking order accuracy.
- Able to respond to guest complaints by getting the appropriate management to handle the situation.
- Uphold strict cash handling procedures and be accountable for all transactions daily.
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean uniform and understands that he/she is always on stage.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.
