Medicab Dispatcher

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation services
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor routes and adjust as needed
- Track and report on transportation activities
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with phone systems for communication
- Knowledge of fleet management principles
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Experience with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations
- Understanding of transportation management practices
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) for route optimization
- Background in logistics operations
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems
