**Arendt's Outdoor Service** is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Estimator to join our team. As an estimator, you will be responsible for estimating time and materials for landscape maintenance and hardscape jobs. Typical jobs include mowing, mulch, pruning, patios, drainage improvements, and retaining walls. **Responsibilities**
- Estimate time and materials for jobs
- Report to sales manager for all jobs needing estimates
- Coordinate with operations manager to ensure adequate time/materials are estimated
- Coordinate with designer as needed
- Use BOSS management software to track and build estimates
- Daily update your CRM database (Customer Relationship Management)
- Keep pricing and availability of materials accurate and up-to-date

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in landscape estimating a plus
- Design experience a plus, but not needed
- Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees a plus
- Uphold company policies, systems, and values and have a positive attitude
- Dependable, organized, attentive to detail and not afraid of responsibility and challenge
- Teachable and be willing to be part of a team
- Available for seasonally long hours and some weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
