Facility Attendant Coordinator, Sports Core

**Location**: Kohler, WI

**Opportunity**

Join our innovative team of well-being gurus and help our guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Supervise Facility Attendants - this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication.
- Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure all Facility Attendants are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.
- Participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
- Serves in the capacity of Manager on Duty when scheduled.
- Help manage scheduling of team and forecasting of schedules.
- Be familiar with all cleaning procedures and products to ensure proper use of chemicals by team.

This is a Full Time opportunity. Shifts will vary from 2:00pm to 10:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pm, weekdays and weekends.

**Skills/Requirements**
- Facility maintenance/cleaning experience is preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Prior customer service and computer experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills required.
