Louisiana-Pacific's (LP Building Solutions) **Green Bay** facility is growing and looking for experienced **Machine Operators** for the PM shift. NO SWING SHIFT NO HAIRNETS OR COLD WORK CONDITIONS NO WORKING WITH FIBERGLASS LP Building Solutions works a 12-hour schedule of 4 days on and then 4 days off in a great team environment where you are valued and appreciated.

**Job Purpose**:
To operate multiple pieces of equipment

**In this position you will have the opportunity to**:

- Operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Set up and calibrate equipment.
- Monitor activity through control panel & make appropriate process changes.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- May have lead responsibility.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

**What do I need to be successful?**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of multiple complex equipment operation.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Demonstrated ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.

**Education**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

**Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in equipment operation.
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
