We are looking for a talented Quality Inspector to join our team for our location in Plainfield, IN.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Coach team members to identify defects and to correct them before passing to the next station.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and managers to inform them of daily quality defects.
- Efficiently complete everyday coaching and documenting on the same day and NOT carry over to the next day.
- Demonstrate sense of urgency with all internal customers and any quality issues.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Minimal or no work experience required.
- Strong attention to detail very strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn and understand part numbers in English and identify differences and defects preferred.
- 2nd Shift: M-F, 4 PM - 2:30 AM
- Pay starting at $20.50/HR $1/HR Shift Differential

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
