**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a variety of creative arts activities, including visual arts (drawing, painting, crafts), ceramics/pottery and other artistic projects.
- Encourage and inspire children to express themselves creatively while developing new artistic skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment where all campers feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage and organize art materials and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Adapt activities to suit different age groups and skill levels.
- Collaborate with other camp staff to integrate arts activities with overall camp themes and events.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all participants during arts activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children's progress and experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in visual arts, ceramics or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a camp or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to fit the needs and interests of campers.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and patient personality.
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Availability to work part-time during the summer camp session.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or coursework in arts education, fine arts, or a related field.
- Experience with a variety of art forms and techniques.
