**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all warranty claims being submitted in a timely and complete fashion to maximize reimbursement
- Maintain Excel spreadsheet to include all warranty work and status.
- Follow up with service technicians to ensure parts are returned to the warranty administrator for claim submission
- Provide accurate documentation to substantiate each warranty claim
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide relevant information to customers.
- Develop procedures to track, monitor, and ensure that all warranty work is submitted and paid on a timely basis.
- Review and audit all service contracts and make recommendations on better terms to ensure maximum profitability and good service.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills
- Advanced MS Office specifically Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
