Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Operator to join our team. As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the injection molding process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

- Previous experience in plastics injection molding
- Knowledge of injection molding machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
