**Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)**
- Reconcile and prepare daily remote cash deposits
- Reconcile and process daily credit card activity
- Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable records
- Research and process returned deposit items; work with internal managers and external customers to resolve
- Review online banking to capture ACH activity
- Enter and process accounts payable invoices
- Positive pay reporting and processing
- Process outgoing ACH batch files for direct debit accounts
- Maintain adequate office supplies for the accounting department
- Research and answer customer payment and billing inquiries
- Must be able to perform bank reconciliations
- Reporting of various account and company details to the CFO and other departmental managers

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of an associate degree in accounting (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Comfortable in a multiple company environment
- Comfortable with multiple accounting sub-systems
- Team-oriented attitude
- Organization, communication and computer skills
