Porter/Maintenance Job Description

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and residential spaces
- Handle custodial duties such as trash removal and restroom maintenance
- Bring in carriages from outside

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in porter or custodial roles
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
