Redbird, a premier dining destination in Milwaukee, is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth dining service
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Monitor the dining room to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests
- Assist with taking to-go orders and processing payments
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waitlist effectively
- Uphold all company policies and health and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
