Floating Crew Member

We are seeking positive, reliable individuals to join our Floating Crew Members team Floating Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards. In addition, floating crew members must have flexible availability and be willing to travel and work in multiple Dunkin’ locations within a certain geographical area. Guaranteed hours.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Be a punctual, reliable and positive member of a dedicated team, responsible for signing in and out for each shift and arranging coverage for missed shifts when necessaryMaintain an elevated level of focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction through exceptional serviceKnow and adhere to company policies and procedures including but not limited to food safety and cleanliness, product promotions, cash handling, cell phone usage, uniform and attendanceResponsible for food production and preparation, guest service, store cleanliness and organization; participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Desire to be a team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude; elevated level of integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
- Lifting objects including boxes, baskets and pans up to 50 lbs (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
