**Mini Movers Dance Instructor — Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop (3-5 year olds)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive dance lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of young children aged 3 to 5 years.
- Teach various dance techniques, including ballet, hip-hop, and tap, focusing on proper form, basic movements, and fun.
- Choreograph age-appropriate dance routines and prepare students for performances and showcases.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to young students to enhance their basic technical proficiency, coordination, and love for dance.
- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity, discipline, and enjoyment among young students.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support the progress and development of each student.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in early childhood dance education to continually enhance teaching methods and curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in dance, performing arts, early childhood education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching dance to young children, with proficiency in ballet, hip-hop, and tap.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching dance and fostering the early artistic growth of young students.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Experience preparing young students for performances and showcases preferred.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Exhibits a spirit of excellence and professionalism in all aspects of teaching.
- Approachable demeanor with a balance of high expectations, patience, and mentorship.
- Collaborative team player who values input and collaboration from colleagues.

**Job Type**: Contract
