Job Title: Front Desk Sales Associate

Reports To: Studio Manager

Job Overview: Professionally and mindfully educate students about services offered at Unplug, and actively promote and sell classes and memberships based on best fit for each student. Ensure all practices are consistent with Unplug’s brand and identity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for effectively communicating with both students and other staff members.

EMPLOYEES: Maintain strong work habits including excellent attendance and punctuality. Attend all staff meetings. Be informed of all policies and procedures. Sign in each student into MBO before class. Follow Opening and Closing Checklists and protocol. Ensure all student Profile information is complete and entered in MBO for each student. Assist studio management when needed with studio operations

CUSTOMERS: Consistently offer the highest level of personalized service to Unplug students. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude. Develop a good understanding of all classes, programs/events, and promotions. Gain understanding and familiarity of the different types of meditation taught at Unplug and the teaching styles of different teachers. Respond to client issues and concerns in a positive manner.

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Unplug brand. Represent Unplug Meditation in a positive and professional manner at all times, and demonstrate the values presented in Unplug’s philosophy. Keep retail products neat and organized. Maintain cleanliness of studio by keeping tea bar and restroom stocked and organized.

Contribute to Unplug’s healthy, financial growth. Handle all register transactions accurately. Help with implementing sales and marketing initiatives for the studio. Actively promote and sell Unplug programs, promotions, and retail products.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.01 per hour

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
