CNC Programer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathe and milling machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues
- Perform CAM programming using industry-standard software
- Conduct geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) inspections
- Use bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify part dimensions
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to programmed instructions
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts using coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Maintain tooling inventory and ensure proper tool selection for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAM programming software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM)
- Strong knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and GD&T principles
- Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC control systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience operating CNC machines and using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, bore gauges)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
