**Posting Summary**
- Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Assistant for the Africana Studies Department within the School of Arts & Sciences.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Performs academic research pertaining to human rights law, humanitarian law, refugee law, national security law, social justice, critical race theory, and the Palestinian-Israel conflict, assisting with formatting citations and provide administrative support such as assistance with scheduling appointments and responding to requests for the faculty member.
