**Job Title**: IT Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- MS windows operating systems (latest and prior versions) Microsoft Office (latest and prior versions including Outlook) VPN clients Mac OS / Mac Mail Antivirus client
- Staging and configuration of workstations and delivery onsite to users with basic explanation
- Assist in the inventory process
- Support for conference rooms with Zoom/Teams equipment
- Basic support on network infrastructure
- Application support
- Any other procedure-based 1st level support tasks
- Support provided in English and Spanish
- Process oriented approach based on ITIL methodology

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
