Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales and business development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- Energetic, result-driven individual
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
