Cement Finisher

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to masonry, hardscape, and mechanical knowledge. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. If you have experience in installation, blueprint reading, caulking, welding, and heavy equipment operation, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Perform finishing tasks such as smoothing and leveling surfaces
- Repair and patch surfaces as needed
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in masonry or hardscape is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of caulking techniques
- Basic welding skills are desirable
- Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
