Asset Manager

**Job Title: Asset Manager**

**Location: New Jersey/New York/Hybrid**

Job Description: Toll International LLC is looking an Asset Manager, where you will contribute to our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program for both New Jersey Marine Terminal (NJMT) and New York Marine Terminal (NYMT). This program is designed to enhance our ability to assess, maintain, and manage our physical assets across various phases.

**Functions**:

- Perform project controls including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Support asset management project delivery team's improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data from integrated project control systems and Maximo Work Order systems.
- Develop maintenance schedules and control lists in consultation with stakeholders.
- Prepare project control reports and maintenance rosters.
- Oversee the development of job plans and safety plans.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to forecast and plan maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to effectively utilize manpower and resources.
- Manage new, revised, or deactivated preventative maintenance work plans.
- Understand, manage, and implement compliance and code changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's of Science Degree in computer science, engineering, construction management, accounting, economics, or business administration.
- Working knowledge of maintenance management, infrastructure management, and asset lifecycle considerations.
- Demonstrated experience with asset information frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse workforces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience with Maximo or similar asset management systems preferred.
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel independently.
- Knowledge of Port Authority policies, business planning process, and budget process.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Port Operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with ESRI viewer and other GIS Systems.
- Experience supporting Maximo implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

- 4 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
