Leak Detection Technician

PinPoint Leak Detection & Repair is a top-rated company in Arizona leading the way in locating leaks. We provide detailed leak location for swimming pools/ spas/ water features/ irrigation and HOMES. Using state of the art technology and equipment, we guarantee we’ll find the location of, not only one, but ALL leaks present.

We are looking to add **MULTIPLE TECHS** to our team. We encourage **ANY** applicants, with basic pool and/or plumbing skills to apply. Whether you are currently working for a leak detection company or are looking for a change in the industry, we want to hear from you All applicants will be kept **CONFIDENTIAL**.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

- Taking photos and providing notes that explain everything they found or any issues that arose.
- Ability to swim/ potential to get wet during the course of a job
- The ablity to lift 50-80 pounds/ ability to use mechanical tools
- The desire to work outdoors, every day, during every season of the year.
- Excellent communication skills/ ability to proficiently read and write
- Good time management,
- A go-getter attitude, and enjoys taking on a challenge.
- A clean criminal record and a clean driving record, will also be required.
- This person must have prior hands-on experience in the swimming pool industry OR general plumbing industry, to include residential and commercial properties.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM. **Before going out on their own, they will train side-by-side with a Senior Leak Tech for at least 3-6 months (paid).** They will be provided with a company truck, a company gas card, all necessary tools and equipment, work shirts, hat, and a water jug.
- **STARTING SALARY**:_ $65,000 per year (during the training process) - $85,000 per year (once tech has been certified and cleared to perform solo jobs)

Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Complete 3-6 months of paid training alongside a senior leak detection tech
- Travel to local residential or commercial properties to conduct leak detection on swimming pools, spas, and/or water features using a variety of tests & tools.
- Take clear photos of what is found.
- Take notes detailing what is found.
- Fill out leak detection checklist after each job.
- Provide excellent customer service whenever interacting with clients.
- Attend monthly team dinners/meetings.
